Lifexplorations is a one-day course that gives you an opportunity to create the life for yourself that you really want.

The sessions focus on choices which suit your individual lifestyle and personal values; this course is unique in that it does not focus solely on your working life.

A powerful series of exercises worked on throughout the day provide you with fresh insights into your strengths and abilities, and the things that are important to you. Only in this way will you construct a foundation from which you can build a life full of the qualities that are important to you.
